Job Description

1.Perform hands-on and end-to-end procurement strategy and program for the particular category as assigned
2.Formulate procurement strategies, and develop and implement sub-category plans to ensure total cost of ownership targets are met
3.Manage the internal program with a cross-category team for process simplification/transformation initiatives by developing a transparent governance structure
4.Work in collaboration with category team and business/users to drive process optimization in order to enhance end-to-end procurement process excellence
5.Lead cross-category strategy formulation and large-scale procurement programs
6.Continuously refine and improve the procurement processes including governance and control


Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree holder in any engineering disciplines
2.A minimum of 10 years of experience gained from multi-national companies
3.Strong knowledge of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement and Business Process
4.Prior experience in business process transformation and governance would be a plus
5.Category experience in electronics or semiconductor
6.Project management experience and knowledge of data analysis are an added advantage
7.A good team player and able to establish, influence and maintain collaborative partnerships and engage in effective negotiations with a broad range of stakeholders
8.Possess a high level of integrity, work ethic and good moral values
9.Fluency in Cantonese and English, and ideally Mandarin
