The role Enterprise Architecture is the leader and designers of all architectures and roadmaps across all domains. The role ensure that technological plans and objectives are aligned with strategic business objectives and needs to enable to achieve its overall objectives in the short and long term.
Responsibilities & Competencies · Business strategy and needs assessment: Collaborate to identify, assess and refine strategic business-, technology and information needs. Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into architectural requirements. Act as a liaison between different departments and ensure effective communication and collaboration on architectural matters. · Market and technology monitoring: Monitor, scan and analyze global technology markets to identify market developments, emerging technologies and their potential opportunity and risk to the business. · Architectural road mapping: Translate business strategies into technological strategies and design architectural roadmaps across domains. · Architectural domain management: Create standards and policies for architectural roadmaps across domains and ensure that they are adhered to. Define and document architectural principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and integration across the organization. · Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the enterprise architecture. Recommend appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business and architectural requirements. Participate in the procurement process of IT systems and services, providing architectural expertise. · Solution Design and Review: Provide high - level architectural design for major IT projects and initiatives. Review and approve detailed technical designs to ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture. Collaborate with project teams to resolve architectural issues and risks. · Architecture Development: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including business, data, application, technology architectures etc. · Performance and life cycle management: Analyze, evaluate and improve existing technologies and plan for their replacements. Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines. Conduct architecture reviews and audits to identify and address any deviations or non - compliance. Ensure that the enterprise architecture is in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. · Business development & Alignment: Continuously contribute to the improvement of ways of working, processes and procedures within own team, department and area of responsibility. Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into architectural requirements. Communicate the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and updates to various stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units. Expertise and knowledge management: Develop and expand business and IT knowledge within own team, department and area of responsibility. Provide training and guidance on the enterprise architecture to relevant stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience · A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. · Background from the automotive and IT industry is required along with project and/or line management competence · Typically, over 10 years IT development experience with more than 5 years architecture and design. · Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required. · More than 3 years of experience in mainstream cloud platform architecture both domestically and internationally, with priority given to Ali cloud, AWS, Azur... · More than 3 years of experience in distributed and microservice architecture design and development
