岗位名称：动态测试主管
岗位描述：作为实验室动态测试主管，带领团队完成高、低周疲劳，断裂韧性等动态测试项目，包括项目计划，项目执行、报告编写及审核。此外，需负责动态测试相关标准更新，作业指导书编写，新测试方法开发，团队成员培训以及相关设备的维护。

职责描述：
1. 能熟练操作动态测试设备，熟悉高、低周疲劳，断裂韧性等测试；
Be familiar with dynamic testing equipment and related testing method such as LCF,
HCF, fracture toughness and so on;

2. 能独立进行高、低周疲劳测试，断裂韧性测试等；
Be able to perform the HCF test, LCF test and K1C test independently;

3. 能按时完成安排的测试并编写报告；
Be able to finish the tests and prepare the reports on time;

4. 了解相关测试标准及操作指导书，按时完成标准及作业指导更新；
Know about dynamic Test standards and related SOP such as K1C, crack propagation and so on, finish standard and SOP updated on time;

5. 对测试设备进行基本维护；
Be able to do routine equipment maintaining job;

6. 能够独立开发新测试方法，并培训其他工程师
Be able to develop new test method independently, and provide training to other engineers;

7. 指导团队成员工作；
Supervise other engineers；

8. 完成实验室经理安排的其他工作；
Finish the other job arranged by lab manager;

任职要求：
1. 理工类本科及以上学历；
Achieve Bachelor or above degree, and major in Engineering;
2. 5年以上动态测试工作经验包括高、低周疲劳，断裂韧性等；
At least 5 year working experience of dynamic testing including LCF, HCF, K1C in 3rd part laboratory or internal lab;
3. 英语4级及以上；
English Level 4 or above.
4. 熟悉Nadcap 要求及测试工装设计者优先；
Familiar with Nadcap requirement and design of the testing fixture is appreciated.
