Works on NCMRs(Non-conforming Material Report) and other tasks related to the disposition and corrective action of non-conforming material.

Supports Customer Quality Engineering on customer quality issues.

Coordinates meetings to formulate methodologies for root cause analysis. Implements statistical methods to isolate problems and resolve them.

Coordinate internal and external system & process audits.

Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

Implement, promote and assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.

Develop report related to product quality and process control, and communications internally, utilizing available software applications and takes improvement actions on the results.

Lead and recommend for customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.

任职要求：
Bachelor Degree related experience.
本科以上相关工作经验。 Bilingual in Chinese and English is desired
中英文双语者优先。
Analytical problem solving.

Mechanical assembly process quality control experience is preferred.
有机械装配过程质量控制经验者优先。
Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit.
Experience background in machining in an automotive industry is an added advantage..
