Position Summary Responsible for expansion business in Gas turbine business ; Management of existing customer basis to increase sales turnover; Transfers knowledge/tech support from headquarters, feedbacks market trends and local know-how to headquarters; Main Accountabilities 61 Be good at marketing works. -Establishing and maintaining good long term relationship with customer. These relationships must include memebers of the purchasing, logistic, supply chain, engineering department and should strive to include the sales department. -Identification of decision makers at customers and OEMs. Responsible for technical, commercial support. -Managing the marketing works with responsible industry. (competition and product strategy, technology trend analysis) 61 Be good at sales works: -Aggressive to develop new customer and new project. -Acting as Project Leader for customer specific based tasks. -Preparing of sales plan, customer forecast. -Provide on-site application engineering support. -Inventory control (ensure enough stock, avoid overstock, especially dead stock). -Supporting localization of suitable products to the Chinese M+H plants. -Quotation and commericala negotiation with customer top management. 61 Be good at communications and team works. -Cooperation inside the Industrial OE Sales Team and the company organization. -Coordination, interacting and communicating with global key account management structure based in the German Headquarters. 84 Ensure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; ensure qualification, instruction and supervision of the team in the application of HSE processes, regulations and emergency procedures based on current risk assessments. Colleague or bacher degree. Experiences: Above 3 years sales experience in Gas turbine industry or related. Driving license preferable, spoken and writtrn English preferable Knowledge & Skills: Principle of Engine; Filtration knowledge about Gas turbine; Presentation, negotiation skills; Time management skills, prioritize importance/urgent; Effective communication at all levels within customer organization; Foreign language: Fluent in both written and oral English.
