61 Administration of Technical Center SharePoint and Social Media Platforms. 61 Travel Management of Technical Center. 61 Data Collection and KPI Data summaries in Technical Center. 61 Assisting Head of TC and Department Heads in administrative Tasks. 61 Management of Customer Survey Forms and Evaluation. 61 5S Mentor for the Tech Department. 61 Creating and Maintaining of Presentations and Standard Forms. 61 Meeting Organization and arrangement of Customer Visits. 61 Translations. 61 Organization of Team Activities. 61 Recruitment, Information Days and Interview for Future Corner. 61 Reimbursement Management for Future Corner.
Education/Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree in the field of Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 61 Minimum of 3 years working experience in Administration experience.
Qualifications/Skills:
61 Proficiency in English, written and verbal. 61 Knowledge in MS Office, MS SharePoint and MS Project will be a benefit. 61 Excellent in communication, organizational Skills.
