Job Description
What your day-to-day will look like:

Support the Client to shape their space and to gather insights on future space considerations
Support workplace strategy and change management programs
Guide clients on workplace design, policy, and behavior transformation
Compile findings into impactful reports and presentations
Developing Excel-based tools to manage workspaces and provide workplace data
Creating and distributing a tailored survey to present current workplace experience data
Preparing Client-facing documentation, including Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience and knowledge in delivering consultancy service in workplace strategy and change management is preferred
Marketing or branding experience preferred
Strong analytical, visualization and presentation skills
Strong graphics skills with the use of InDesign/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ PowerPoint
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
