Mission: This role is to serve as the liaison between finance and Brand Director to develop and monitor operating plans, key performance indicators, carry out financial review & analysis and implementation & sharing of best business practices. Also to consolidate and analyze financial KPIs at Greater China level.
Responsibilities: 61 Consolidating financial packages at Greater China level and providing financial insights with deep interaction of different markets. 61 Responsible for annual budgeting/FCST and monthly estimate process for responsible brands/channels; Utilizing appropriate planning tools to improve the effectiveness of information sharing 61 Monitor and report financial performance of responsible brands on a monthly base; Identify variances from budget/estimate and recommends corrective measures; Communicate risk and opportunities to brand team as appropriate 61 Act as the financial advisor to brand team and liaises Sales/MKT/PR etc to prepare monthly figures 61 Prepare 3-year P&L for offline stores including calculation of ROI, preparing and monitoring P&L by door with the aim at maximizing brand profitability. 61 Perform ad-hoc projects/analysis assigned by line manager
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; CPA/CIA is preferred 61 Minimum 4 years’ experience as a finance professional within corporate; FMCG industry is referred; experiences in both online and offline channels 61 Knowledge of data analytics software in Power BI is preferred 61 Recognized team player, strong analytical skills, ability to prepare powerful reports to top management, and ability to work under tight deadlines 61 Good command of oral and written English
