Amgen's Center for Observational Research (CfOR) is a global organization conducting observational research to informs decision-making from the early development to the design of clinical trials and the safety and efficacy of Amgen medicines. CfOR scientists partner with both internal stakeholders and academic institutions to design, conduct, and publish observational research.
Amgen is seeking a contract worker supporting project management and observational research operation for a team of 4 scientists in Shanghai and Beijing. This role will be responsible for project management, contracting and budgets. This role will work with other Amgen functional teams such as legal, local strategic sourcing, compliance, supplier governance, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Track and review project milestones and deliverables ensuring project progress, and accurate data population within internal systems.
61 Collaborate closely on study operations with cross functional team, including global operations and local legal, strategic sourcing, compliance, and finance.
61 Execute and manage contracts with commercial suppliers, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
61 Ensure engagements with (HCPs) Healthcare Professionals and healthcare organizations are fully compliant and adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and laws.
61 Plan and track study spend, and report changes to finance and budget holders.
61 Execute financial transactions, including purchase order processing, invoice verification, payment processing.
