职位概述
This position is responsible for
1. Ensuring that the Quality Control (Norms, Process, Reports & Authorization) for the Greater China (GCN) Mobility Division (MO) is established and aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS) & Technical Service (TS) of T05V S05D.
2. Ensuring the Quality Control is implemented and maintained by all MO units.
3. Promoting awareness of the QC.
4. Handling and supporting accreditation activities with QMR GCN & TS Division.
5. Driving or supporting continuous improvement projects in the quality control area.

岗位职责
1. Shape the strategy & concept of Quality, Process & Compliance in Mobility Segments.
2. Working with the Quality Management Representative (QMR GCN) to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System, and ensuring that the QMS is aligned with the Integrated Management System (IMS) of T05V S05D.
3. Establish/Update/Optimize Quality Control (Norms, Process, Reports & Authorization) in MO and ensuring continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of Quality Control (Norms, Process, Reports & Authorization), as well as continuous improvement of the QMS.
4. Monitoring the implementation of Quality Control, ensuring that the QC is effectively implemented by MO staff and regularly reporting status to MO Management.
5. Working with QMR GCN to plan and manage external audits affecting MO units.
6. Working in collaboration with national & international regulatory / notified bodies, type approval authorities and technical service.
7. Work with QMR and implement that appropriate and effective correction, root cause analysis and corrective action are carried out to eliminate all non-conforming work.
8. Providing training to staff on QC and updates/changes of Norms & Process and promoting awareness of customer requirements.
9. Any other duties related to the Quality Control assigned by the BU & MO Management.

任职条件
1. Bachelor's Degree; (or at least 5 years' experience in quality management as equivalence).
2. At least 2 years' experience in quality management.
3. Familiar with quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065.
4. Experience in technologies and regulations in the Automotive Industry like Homologation.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese language (German is a plus).
6. Has received training / certification on quality management methodology.
7. Good organizational skills and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently.
9. Proficient in use of MS office software.
