职位描述：
负责健康安全质量环境管理体系在分管船舶上的有效实施和持续改进；
监督和指导船舶的安全航行，货物作业，航行准备，防污染等事宜；
执行对船舶的定期检查及事故、险情等的调查、处理；
确保船舶遵循国际和国内的相关规则、规范及公司的健康安全环境质量管理体系，满足法令、法规、行业等的要求；
保障船舶的安全、高效营运。
In charge of effective implementation and ongoing development of the HSQE management systems on the assigned ships; Supervise and guide ships' safe navigation, cargo handling, navigational preparations, pollution prevention etc.; Conduct regular inspections and investigation/handling of accidents/near misses etc for the assigned ships; Ensure ships in compliance with the local and international rules/regulations and the company's HSQE management system, met requirements of laws, regulations, industry, etc.; Provide safeguards for safe and efficient operation of ships;

要求和资格：
船长或同等资格；
至少3年管理经验或3年以上本公司船舶任船长的经历；
有与所管理船舶的船舶管理活动相适应的工作经历；
精于健康安全质量环境管理体系；
熟悉相关行业的要求；
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。
