PURPOSE OF THE JOB · The purpose is to reform a strategic distribution network for dedicate region.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES · Follow the Brand distribution strategic goals. Develop brand business landscape improve brand’s market position and achieve financial growth. · Overlook the entire business, monitory market trends. To be sensitive, keep seeking the good opportunity and potential project for brands in responsible region. · Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary. · Builds key Landlords relationships. Keep in touch with potential Landlords to establish rapport business relationship. · Negotiations with Landlords to achieve a profitable bargain, closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Reporting on successes and areas needing adjustment or improvements while contract renewal OR renovations. · Work with the internal team, especially retail and merchandising team thereby maximize revenue for the brand and continue to grow business in the future. · Monitoring ongoing project, handle the conflict or queries which in order to make sure the project go through smoothly and landing perfectly.
PERSON SPECIFICATION · Quick learner, and grasp in-depth knowledge of the market, competitors and external environment from retail view. · Self-motivated, used to self-generating interest and focusing relentlessly on delivering results. · Identify opportunities and risks. · Master High-level communication skills, be able to negotiate effectively. · Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. · Manage conflict well and conflict resolution · Able to work under pressure, thinking independently, Able to keep the principle with the most flexibility. · To be trustworthy · Professional working proficiency in English. · University graduate or above
