MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责: à Organize the initial project team to coordinate the preparation of quotation for new products when Sales receives a RFQ à Establish and manage project team once the business is awarded to the company by customer à Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities à Create and execute project work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements à Set budget and control costs for all project related expenses, including ED&T, BOM and Capital Investment à Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer à Prepare for gate review and quality assurance procedure à Provide program status reports to the customer and internal management to identify project risks à Monitor and control of tasks and responsibilities to sustain project quality, cost and time objectives à Central contact to customer for project, coordinate Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing to contact corresponding customer functions à Represent the company to the customer for the project à Facilitate project team and customer meeting effectively à Implement other tasks assigned by superior
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件: à Bachelor degree and above, major in science or technology à At least 5 years direct automotive work experiences in project management à Well understanding of automotive electronic parts à Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential à Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities à Good knowledge about project life cycle and project concepts à Strong ability to work under pressure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件: à Good knowledge about IATF16949 and ASPICE à Solid experience and relationship at local automotive OEM
