1.To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
2.To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
3.To take the responsible for the execution of the Product Realization Process (PRP) for individual development programs in China.
4.To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
5.To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
6.To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success
7.To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
8.To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
9.To execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as programs transition to launch phase and start of production.
10.To follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review and APQP processes
