Overall Purpose of the Role

· Responsible for setting up the infrastructure and the IT strategy for IC-China in strong collaboration with the headquarter.

· Operation of the overall information technology environment for the onside plant which includes hard- and software, network and communication.

· Responsible for Internet connection (WAN) and data connection to Headquarters (SD-WAN).

· Responsible for local Network for office and production environment (LAN / WLAN), and the implementation and smooth operation of the plant IT.

· Responsible for local telephone system and Access-+ video-system.

· Support for all local IT issues regarding office and production, e.g. workplaces, printers, local software.

· Responsible for central basic IT issues, manage local server, firewall, storage are managed by Headquarters.

· Strong cooperation with the central IT department at headquarters for 2nd support requests.

· Support and train local users for applications and tools.

· Application support, user training for K3 (ERP).

· Implementation, installation, customization and administration of the IT equipment
in coordination with the headquarters’ IT department.

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or comparable education.
信息技术，计算机科学或类似教育学士学位。
· Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and by yourself, high workload capacity as well as careful and structured working method.
良好的沟通能力，能独立工作或和团队以前工作，能承受高工作量以及谨慎和有条理的工作方法。
· At least 3 years of working experience in an international industrial production environment, preferable automotive industry.
在国际化公司至少有3年的工作经验，汽车行业优先考虑。
· Basic concepts of ERP.
了解ERP基本概念。
· Manage local IT-Suppliers and providers.
管理本地IT供应商。
· Excellent knowledge of Information techniques (Network, Hardware, Software).

· Operating experience in IT-support, solving problems.

· Very good knowledge of the English language.
