At present, the Shanghai office needs to recruit the following Finance & Office Administrator: Job Title: Finance & Office Administrator Job Description: Accounting work 85 Be responsible for daily cash, bank receipts and payments, and registering account books in order to ensure accurate accounting 85 Handling employee reimbursement documents and payment of fixed expenses 85 Cooperate with external audit work and provide necessary information 85 Foreign exchange declaration 85 Timely declaration and payment of taxes, as well as annual settlement and business annual report of the company 85 Capable of independently liaising and handling business with banks and tax and industrial & commercial departments. Administrative work 85 Handle daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to routine administrative duties, business registration, project applications, etc. 85 Assist the sales team in tracking payment collections for certain projects and monitor the issuance of project orders; handle foreign exchange declarations. 85 Responsible for management and coordination, including qualification reviews, exchange of documents, archiving, etc. 85 Manage company filing systems, including but not limited to project contracts, various company purchase orders, etc. 85 Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and assist colleagues with daily work.
