The position is mainly responsible for merchandise allocation to retail stores in Greater China, who need to partner with all stakeholders (Planning/Merchandising/Retail/E-com.. etc) on understanding each store and region profile through performance analysis and store communications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Allocation, Replenishment & Consolidation 61 Execute the initial release of new product launch in partnership with Merchandising, Logistics and Retail. 61 Manage allocation, replenishment and rebalance of merchandise to stores on weekly basis, monitoring the balance between sales and inventory for best sellers and slow movers. 61 Execute timely consolidation of rebalance plan cross-market (CN/HKMO) based on business needs to maximize sell-thru. 61 Ad-hoc management on new store opening, sample transfer and brand events preparation
2. Analysis 61 Track and analyze sales performance, inventory turn to make data-driven allocation decisions. 61 Monitor SKU presence rate and SKU fulfill rate at store level and provide timely proposal to avoid OOS and overstock at store level.
3. Order Management 61 Release merchandise order from Hub to PROXY by liaising with hub and PROXY WH Logistics based on priority and/or special instructions given by planning.
Requirements: 61 University graduate or above, major in supply chain is preferred. 61 Excellent in EXCEL and Power BI skills. 61 Minimum 3 years’ experience in allocation role with a good working knowledge of retail performances metrics, knowledge of ANAPLAN, CEGID or other ERP system is an advantage. 61 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
