Main Responsibilities: 岗位职责: 1. Responsible for developing business (related to ISO, FM. Foil, etc.) in various industries (semiconductor, optical fiber, PV, IA, etc.) within Chinese market. 负责在中国市场(包括半导体、光纤、光伏、工业自动化等行业)开发与等静压石墨、纤维材料、石墨纸等相关的业务。 2. Fully understand customer technical requirements and pain points, seek and provide suitable solution to customer. 全面了解客户的技术需求和痛点,寻找并提供合适的解决方案。 3. Focus on value selling to drive business growth. 专注于价值销售以推动业务增长。 4. Work closely with internal PM and operation team to achieve annual sales target. 与内部项目管理团队和运营团队紧密合作,达成年度销售目标。 5. Actively look for additional opportunities and promote business in new application and new market segment. 积极寻找额外机会,并在新的应用领域和新市场细分中推广业务。
Main Requirements: 岗位要求: 1. Bachelor or above technical education background, with Engineering, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, etc. 理工科本科或以上教育背景,如工程、材料、化工、机械设计等。 2. 6+ years' marketing & sales background in industrial field. 6年以上工业行业市场营销和销售背景。 3. Graphite/chemical business related will be a plus. 具有石墨、化工行业相关经验者优先。 4. Experience related to semiconductor, optical fiber and PV industry will be a plus. 有半导体、光纤和光伏行业相关经验者优先。 5. Familiar with technical specification and drawings will be a plus. 熟悉技术规格和图纸者优先。 6. Strong sense of being good salespeople. 具备强烈的销售意识。 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 具备优秀的沟通和谈判技巧。 8. Experienced sales with business acumen. 具有丰富的销售经验和市场洞察力。 9. Result-oriented & self motivated. 结果导向且自我激励。 10.
