Using Data inputs (backlog, market & finance projection, data from SFDC and other local system) to provide a realistic 18-month to 24 – month demand plan Planning at monthly level, able to identify MoM changes with justification to assumptions Identifying risks & opportunities in the demand plan shared and communicating to stakeholders. Accurately enter all the data in the tool for forward flow to Supply Planning. Managing New Product Launch, Upgrade, and Phase out products activities properly. Identifying and implementing actions to reduce forecast errors. Coaching others to understand the impact of demand plan across the business. Leading monthly S&OP process and deliver consistent message to both global and local teams through demand review and executive alignment meetings. Driving solid performance on OTD, FA and inventory management with the assigned portfolio Other assignments.
