1) Technical service/Application Support
67 Relationship building with customers and promote Sibur: the company, its people, products and services
67 Support customers to use Sibur’s BP products - assistance with processing, troubleshooting and claim management for product and supply quality problems encountered
67 New product introduction and homologation (application guidance and certification support)
67 Technical support on existing products
67 Documentation management
67 Market trends monitoring (clients and end-users)
2) Product positioning and new product development:
67 Identifying and promoting the competitive advantages of SIBUR products, positioning of products related to known commercial grades/formulas available in region, identifying and expanding the potential for application.
67 Advice for PP/PE product improvements to suit the local market/standards/available raw materials;
67 Lead new product test in customers and site application (on site or remote support);
3) Improvement focused claim management
67 Aim to improve quality of products, production, logistics, procedures and services
4) Communicate, cooperate and coordinate with colleagues
67 Sales: provide technical support and technical education
67 Contribute to the education of colleagues by sharing experiences
67 Support product development projects and operations
67 Support production by: Advising on solving quality issues
Professional experience, skills and behavioral competencies
1. Knowledge of polymer processing technology (extrusion by different methods). The main competence profile is polyolefin.
2. Knowledge of properties and brands of PP and PE grades (specific to the region). Knowledge of SIBUR product portfolio will be an advantage.
3. Willingness to develop and explore product areas for all petrochemical products
4. English writing and speech skills (upper intermediate and higher)
5. Highly motivated, good communication skills, ability to multi-task with large amounts of information, ability to prioritise, high analytical skills, stress-resistance, teachability
6. Confident use of MS Office, Outlook. Knowledge of SAP, Minitab as an advantage
