Responsibilities 1.Lead technical discussion with in-depth VOC to understand customer applications and explore needs/requirements 61Identify, interpret and serve as interlocutor of the customer needs 61Deep understanding of customer ecosystem, application and requirements
2.Direct and control the processes/activities related to the design, development, execution and implementation of consulting solutions 61Design optimized solution proposal to solve specific customer problem statements (strive to develop simpler and more efficient ways of achieving the same outcome) 61Build solution architecture integrating with customer ecosystem, proofs-of-concept 61Functional and feasibility study and on-site demo 61Implement solution on real customer sites and secure smooth operation
3.Manage integration with 3rd party partners (mechanical, HW, SW) to deliver the total solution 61Identify integration needs and develop partnership 61Issue RFQs (Request for Quote) for third-party content and negotiate for best cost to achieve project targets 61Manage integration partners to fully meet performance and timeline requirements 61Build and maintain strategic relationship with key integration partners
4.Effectively support commercial team on solution strategy and winning of key projects 61Be perceived as knowledgeable/trustable technical consultant, both internally and externally 61Work closely with cross team (Sales, marketing, R&D…) to support shape effective sales strategy, select/focus on correct customers /applications 61Engaged directly in key strategic or complex deals and support effective demand generation and winning strategy 61Guide commercial team on how to promote the solutions based on the innovation, differentiation, and value-added of the solutions
5.Knowledge sharing of known-sets 61Summarize and assist Marketing/Sales team to commercialize known-sets for replication.
Qualification Change Leadership Results Driven Attracts, Develops and Retains Talent Education required: University degree (Bachelor) in Engineering (Automation, E&E, IT, Communication…) or Chemical, master’s degree will be of advantage. Experience required: 61>10 year working experience in labeling/coding industry in technical or service area. 61Team management highly preferred. 61Passionate & energetic, willing to face the challenge and develop the new areas. 61Ability to prioritize and work independently with the rationale Languages: Multi/lingual: Fluent in English (both verbal and in writing) and Mandarin
