JOB SPECIFICATIONS 职位要求 1. 相关专业本科及以上学历,具备深厚的质量管理背景知识。 Bachelor's degree or above in related field, with a deep background knowledge of quality management. 2. 十年以上质量管理工作经验,具有丰富的质量管理实践经验和成功案例。 Over ten years of quality management experience, with rich practical experience and successful cases in quality management. 3. 具备出色的领导能力和团队管理能力,能够有效组织和指导团队工作。 Excellent leadership and team management abilities, able to effectively organize and guide team work. 4. 优秀的沟通协调能力,能够与内部各部门和外部合作伙伴进行高效沟通。 Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to communicate efficiently with internal departments and external partners. 5. 具备深刻的质量意识和质量管理方法,了解各种质量工具和技术。 Profound quality awareness and quality management methods, understanding various quality tools and technologies. 6. 熟悉国际质量管理体系标准,具有相关认证者优先 Familiar with international quality management system standards, with relevant certifications being preferred. 7. 能够适应高强度的工作压力,具备良好的问题识别和解决能力。 Able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure, with good problem identification and solving abilities. 8. 英语听、说、读、写流利,能够阅读相关英文技术文献和资料。 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to read relevant English technical literature and materials.
