角色职责:

● Conducts processes to modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols.
● Provides explanations of testing and inspection plans, methods and technologies to assure reliability and conformance of products and processes.
● Provides analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and/or design problems for internally produced products & processes.
● Utilizes UPPAP core elements (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify and develop recommendations for managing risk in product development.
● Conducts reviews to ensure all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance.
● Develop product process quality control plan and organize its implementation
● Daily quality management, ensure the stability of quality control process in production and operation, and identify change factors.
● Reviews process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts.
● Summarize and analyze quality data. submit quality reports. Identify quality problems, develop quality improvement projects and promote team implementation
● Handling quality issues. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
最低要求:

● Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in HVAC, compressor，mechanical, electrical, and related.
●
More than 5 years product quality management experience. compressor related work experience is preferred.
● Good written and spoken English, proficient in office software, Minitab. Good mathematical statistical analysis ability, skilled use of quality tools (8D,FMEA,SPC,MSA,CP,PPAP)
