61 Develop High potential talents for International Transportation Management domain.

International transportation management part:
61 Manage government authorities, include Customs and import/export related service suppliers; manage import/export activities to ensure proper and timely physical shipments and information flow for Schneider China Plants.
61 Take leading of international transport suppliers’ performance and capability management in daily operation against clearly defined KPIs, daily operation issue resolution, drive continuous improvement
61 Complete Freight Audit Process for international transport billing, to achieve cost saving target with continuous process improvement (such as transport mode optimization, loading factor improvement, forecast accuracy management etc.)
61 Coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service/transport service to customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, arrange the shipments pass the Customs formalities, shipments in-transit tracking, problems solving, communication with regional or oversea planning team etc.
Customs part：
61 Ensure Customs compliance with relevant policies/regulations, procedures, and practices in China; Provide the compliance consultant& training to plants team, Service dep (key engineering, sales and operational personnel) with the China and the Regional as a whole.
61 Master knowledge of state’s Tariff Classification, Valuation and local regulations and industry practices; Ensure database integrity related to tariff classification, country of origin, and value information declared to Customs authorities.
61 Manage Customs Brokerage processes, drive continuous process improvement and lead-time reduction, establish and monitor service provider performance against clearly defined KPIs.
61 Liaise with internal and external managers in support of international trade activities.
61 Complete FAP for China Customs Clearance billing, to achieve cost saving target and check all the delivery cost by complying with company policy
61 Participate and lead the digital projects to help the team to drive more efficiency in both of day-to-day operations and transformation


Education:
Bachelor above degree with fluent English language, major in supply chain / logistics / transportation is preferred
Job Related Experience:
At least 3 years as transport and custom operations experience in multinational Manufacturing company or logistics company
Business Understanding:
Rich transportation and Customs operations related specialized knowledge, familiar with transportation markets, market players and Customs policies
With digital mindset and skills to optimize the transportation operations and management by participating and even leading the digital projects
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Computer skills, good at using of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the SAP, OTM and Manhattan systems
Presentation skill
Analytical and Communication skill
Customer oriented
Lean experience is preferred
Digital competency is a must
