61 Be responsible for the full life cycle quality management of door panels and instrument panels, lead the quality planning, control and delivery acceptance in the development stage.
61 Interface with the quality requirements of OEM customers, interpret technical specifications (such as VDA, VOL, etc.), and ensure that project development complies with customer SPEC and IATF 16949 system standards.
61 Lead the preparation of APQP/PPAP documents, coordinate cross-departmental teams (R&D/Process/Production) to complete DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans and process audits.
61 Identify quality risks in project development, promote the use of tools such as 8D and 5Why for root cause analysis, and ensure that problems are closed-looped.
61 Manage customer audits (such as process audits, PPAP signatures), lead the rectification of non-conformities and customer communication.
61 Establish an efficient collaboration mechanism with the quality teams of European team & OEM customers and regularly report project quality status (English meetings/reports).
