工作职责: As a member of the Program Core Team, the PQL represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters.
Main missions and results: - Sets the initial Program Quality objectives (0 Km, Warranty and specific customer quality indicators, rework and scrap target from SOP-5 to SOP+6), based on the key deliverables and ensure the realization. - Support PM to prepare related document (gate reviews, dashboard, PLR and functional milestones) - Assess the relevant risks and trigger alert to the appropriate management level if necessary. - Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards (QSE, PMS, specific customer program development system, international regulations, etc). - Leads the relation with Customer Program Quality - Has the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious nonconformance (customer expectations or safety and regulations issues…) - Manages the quality objectives and follow up convergence plan - including Safety & Regulation, Environmental - including perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliers. - Monitors the objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow-up based on, Drawing, KPC/KCC, PT/MPT/EMPT results and action. - Verifies the Design Validation Plan according to the program milestones - Checks the specification for measurements, checking and testing fixtures and gauges and ensure the integration into the calibration system. - Leader in the definition of the control plan for prototype, pre-series and series phases. - Be responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phase until Gate 4. - Leader the preparation of the PPAP files and the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit. - Actively contributes to continuous improvement process in program and capitalization 任职要求: The ideal candidate will have/be: - 5 + years experience in quality position (including 2+ years' experience in program quality) - Bachelor degree or above in engineering - Management skills with customer voice - Professional Problem solving (8D, 5 step report) - Master GD&T knowledge, gauge design concept. - Master 5 tool for (APQP, PFMEA PPAP, MSA, SPC)
