1. 协助CRM 经理进行全国的会员管理及按照CRM发展策略具体实施以提高公司的的运营效益 Support the CRM manager with the STAR card management and strategy development, with the tactical implementation of customer acquisition, cultivation, and retention programs. 2. 协助CRM经理进行全年会员预算管理 Support the CRM manager with CRM budget control. 3. 配合市场部全年促销计划,在会员数据内通过直邮/电邮/短信等多渠道建立与会员的沟通,并根据不同情况分析调整,并具体实施 Handle communication materials such as direct mailers, SMS/MSM, WeChat, etc. in CRM programs and Marketing Calendar. 4. 星卡会员日常沟通管理和实施 Manage and implement STAR card campaigns and communication. 5. 协助CRM经理进行星卡会员第三方合作及操作会员特殊项目 Support the CRM manager to maximize business opportunities on joint promotion with 3rd party and members activities. 6. 地区市场会员沟通及分析需求支持 Work closely with LSM team by providing them with CRM communication and analysis support 7. 完成数据报告:月度星卡会员报告及招募报告,活动分析报告及其他会员相关报告 Provide monthly tracking and analysis of key CRM metrics of customer data base. Timely deliver proper analysis and evaluation report for all CRM campaigns. 8. 定期与CS部门对顾客满意度/沟通达到率等项目汇总分析,改进提升效率 Work closely with CS team on customer satisfaction tracking, customer CRM communication channels analysis, and any other information on CRM program mix to get improvement. 9. 协助CRM经理进行会员分级及分群营销,基于大数据,建立精准化的会员沟通以及符合会员生命周期的会员活动 Assist the CRM manager in developing and utilizing Consumer Lifecycle program and customer target marketing on big data. 10. 协助CRM经理完成系统及流程优化 Assist the CRM manager on system and process optimization. *The above tasks and responsibilities are a summary of the typical functions of the job and may not be exhaustive of all possible responsibilities, tasks and duties of the CRM Supervisor. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1. 本科及以上学历。 Bachelor degree and above. 2. 3年以上会员管理经验。3+ years CRM agency or client side working experience. 3. 有项目管理经验,能协调和控制项目流程并完成,有开发或优化CRM系统经验者优先。尤Experience in project management, coordination and control project process, CRM system development or optimization experience preferred. 4. 精通数据分析,对数字敏感,有较好的归纳分析总结能力。Proficient in data analysis with good numerical sense and analytical skills. 5.对市面上的crm工具,比如数云麒麟版、客道CRM后台等有过非常深入的实操,对旅程画布操作非常熟练 6.能业务目标给出合理的会员分层逻辑,并提供数据支持和洞察 7.会根据会员生命周期不同阶段进行分层运营和触达,并能在事后提供详细的数据追踪和运营沉淀 7. 英文表达或书写能力良好。Good command of written and spoken English. 8. 沟通和表达能力良好。Good communication skills. 9. 性格随和仔细,耐心刻苦。具有良好的学习能力和自我激励精神。Hard working, logical, easy-going, patient, responsible.
