Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless internal coordination in the utilization of allocations
- Monitor allocation performance
- Adjust and swap allocations as needed to meet changing demands
- Identify and address issues with carriers who do not release allocations
according to agreements
- Plan and set allocations for upcoming weeks, anticipating future needs
- Maintain close communication with Global Sea Freight on allocation steering
- Provide support for ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:
-Solid experience in global liner or international freight forwarder
- Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
