工作职责
1. 制定年度供应商审核计划，并依此进行供应商审核。
2. 作为供应和采购框架协议的一部分，与采购团队密切合作，准备、谈判并保持质量文件的更新。
3. 确保供应商遵守采购团队和公司 政策、流程和程序。按要求参与供应商谈判，以确保供应商质量承诺。
4. 通过确保供应商“发布”准备就绪，包括FMEA、PPAP 等任务，在 NPI/工程变更/设计验证项目中担任积极成员。
5. 设置、衡量和报告供应商关键绩效指标 （KPI），识别并推动供应商的纠正、预防和恢复行动。
6. 通过使用 5-Whys、鱼骨图等质量工具，带领团队找出根本原因，并制定纠正措施计划，并通过 PDCA 循环跟进 CAPA。
7. 主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求
1. 熟悉ISO9001体系，必须有 ISO 9001 内审员证书。ISO14001、ISO45001、IATF16949 等是首选。
2. 至少3年专注于供应商质量管理，熟悉流程和产品审计。
3. 3 年以上电缆制造者优先。
4. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
5. 具备基本的英语口语和书面能力。
6、大专及以上学历。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creating an annual supplier audit plan and conducting supplier audits in accordance with it.
2. Preparing, negotiating and keeping the Quality Annex updated, as part of the Supply and Purchasing Frame Agreement, in close cooperation with the sourcing team.
3. Ensures suppliers’ compliance with Sourcing team and SSC policies, processes and procedures. Participates in supplier negotiations as required to ensure supplier quality commitment.
4. Acts as an active member in NPI/engineering change/design validation projects, by ensuring supplier "Launch" readiness, including tasks such as risk management (FMEA), Critical-to-Quality (CTQs) cascading down to suppliers’ processes and change management (PPAP).
5. Setting, Measuring and reporting supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identifies and drives corrective, preventive and recovery actions at/with suppliers.
6. By using quality tools as 5-Whys, fish-bone chart, to lead team to work out root cause and make corrective action plans and following up CAPAs by PDCA cycle.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
CORE COMPETENCIES – Knowledge and Skills
1. Familiar with ISO9001 system, ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate is must. ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949 etc. is prefer.
2. At least 3 years focus on supplier quality management, familiar with process & product audit.
3. More than 3years on cable manufacturing is preferable.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork.
5. Basic skill of oral and written English.
6. College degree or above.
