MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.

Your Contribution
The East Asian Controlling Specialist has two main roles, 1. Be the KEY person and bridge of MAHLE Australia entity btw business functions and service functions, follow the guidance of controlling head to support business case preparation, monthly closing and planning activities. 2. Support head of controlling to manage East Asia region related reporting consolidation and data analysis.
- Monthly and annual financial statements analysis and reporting in MAHLE official reporting system (MARS).
- Facilitate and prepare annual Budgets, Forecasts and Long-Term Strategy Planning.
- Follow-up of planning scenarios assumptions and figures, and analysis of deviations from Actual results.
- Manage intercompany transfer pricing btw MAA and other ICs as per aligned TP methodologies.
- Track customer overdue situation and push sales for action to reduce bad debt risk.
- Participate in Inventory Management (aging, inventory valuations).
- Prepare and monitor P&L by product group report, steer and improve business performance in an effective manner with stakeholders.
- Initiate the improvement / design of the Company’s business processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Collect business risk & opportunity development on monthly base, highlight the main impact to upper level.
- Participate internal & external audit, follow up CO related findings, eliminate business risks.
- Participate related business projects, such as new product introduction project and ERP update project.
- Participate East Asian Reporting with in-depth analysis and follow-up action.
- Regular ad-hoc internal reporting, business cases financial analysis, new projects management.

Your Experience & Qualification:
- Experience in controlling and management accounting (cost accounting), FP&A
- Excellent English skill
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- Good command of MS tools (Excel, Powerpoint), SAP FI/CO
