About the Role We are now seeking a research professional who can help us grow our B2B engagement research (between FMCG supplier and retailer) in China. Key Role Responsibilities: - Lead research&operation team to manage and execute quantitative and qualitative B2B engagement research program between FMCG supplier and retailer. - Support custom service team to develop B2B engagement reports for both suppliers and retailers. Provide insightful findings and actionable suggestion to optimize mutual cooperation. - Work together with custom service team to communicate with stakeholder (supplier and retailer) to understand research needs. - Scope, design and execute both standard and customized research projects, manage project pipelines and resources, ensure quality deliverable and seamless communications. - Optimize the process and execution of current standard B2B engagement research program. - Fix research efficiency in order to expand the coverage of retailers. - Find solution of gaining support from suppliers to evaluate more retailers. - Constantly apply the newest, most exciting advances in research, actively innovate, create, and invent new ways to enhance research capabilities. - Coach and mentor junior researchers.
Requirements: - 8 years or more experience in market research and minimum 3 years of management experience. - Solid and seasonal experience of market research methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and common research approaches. - Familiar with China retail industry (both online and offline retail). - Team building and good at analyzing and solving problems. - Good oral and written English; - Must have an entrepreneurial approach.
