Key Accountabilities: 1. The scope of this position may include any of the following functions 2. Perform good order to cash support such as order placement, order fulfillment and shipment arrangement 3. Keep close contact with warehouse & monitor logistics and handle document 4. Prompt respond to customer inquiry from all means like telephone, emails & etc. 5. Proactive contact with customers to establish a good & harmonize relationship 6. Positive response to ad hoc issue and trouble shoots the non-routine issues 7. Provide regular reporting required by line manager timely and accurately 8. Act as a good moderator between internal and external customers Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, Works under limited supervision, with detailed instructions, and frequent checking on work 2. SAP experience preferred. 3. Must be PC literate with knowledge of PC office applications. 4. Good written and spoken English.
