Roles and Responsibilities I. Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, optimizing sales processes and team management. II. Lead customer satisfaction improvement initiatives, establish complaint resolution mechanisms, and reduce customer churn rate. III. Collaborate with the Technical Director, Production, and Procurement departments to spearhead the development and execution of new product RFPs (Request for Proposals). IV. Participate in formulating the China regional international trade sales strategy and break down and implement annual/quarterly sales targets. V. Plan and coordinate domestic and international trade shows (e.g., Canton Fair, NRA shows, industry-specific exhibitions) to enhance brand exposure and drive customer conversion. Other tasks: VI. Responsible for any key accounts financial-related matters such as AR, credit policy etc. VII. Monitor strategic execution progress, follow up on cross-departmental key projects, and report regularly to the General Manager. Preferred Candidate Background and Skill 61 At least 3 years of sales experience in packaging and printing; 61 Deep insight in packaging and printing and good relationship with key players 61 Strong communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English 61 Experience with end user management is preferred
