工作职责: 1. Support in developing and executing the retail marketing plan through retail events and customer events, promotional programs and gifting offerings, based on marketing and retailers’ calendar to drive for maximum business opportunities. 2. Map out quarterly and monthly sales building blocks based on the marketing promotion programs and channels to engage sales team to achieve the sales target. 3. Collaborate with trade partners and plan for the support to retailers' key events to drive sales and to build trial. 4. Monitor the on-going promotion effectiveness and refine promotion mechanism in a timely manner. 5. Plan the monthly by-door promotional support to fit for the retail marketing plan and programs to tie with the budget plan. 6. Support the instore visual merchandising planning and execution to tie with the marketing campaign and key programs. 7. Co-create effective campaigns in partnership with consumer engagement team to support new product launches and core re-promotes and drive the sales target. 8. Be in charge of new product forecast /GWP and sample forecast and usage plan, together with marketing collaterals ordering in cooperation with demand planning team to ensure a seamless supply of sellable and non- sellable.
任职要求: 1. At least 7 years of mixed experience in Key Account /Trade Marketing/ Branding/ Marketing experience from FMCG. 2. Solid experience with retailers such as optical/eyewear shops, luxury retail industry, etc. 3. Able to establish close relationship with retailers in order to gain business insight from retailers. 4. University degree from any discipline. 5. Fluency in Chinee and English.
