Purpose This position will be in charge of full channel marketing strategy planning and execution and product portfolio management. (China and SEA) Key accountabilities 1 Develop and plan annual marketing calendar and execution plan to continuously improve brand awareness and recognition, in line with brand positioning and company strategies. 2 Strategically allocate marketing budget and keep tracking and evaluating all spending. Support China country manager in OPEX planning and re-forecast adjustment. 3 Lead marketing team to plan and execute new product launch campaigns. Work with product management team to understand product development details. Translate and localize product launch related documents for sales team and marketing team use. 4 Lead designer and project manager to work closely with sales team to provide display design and decoration in line with brand image for offline stores. 5 Work together with sales teams and key accounts to drive co-marketing projects both online and offline. 6 Continuously bring in creative ideas. Reach out to bigger and wider consumer group through a variety of approaches, e.g. cross-brand collaboration, joint-communication, etc. 7 Work together with HQ brand team to bring creative and appropriate campaign ideas and marketing assets for your responsible region. 8 Have a deep understanding of social media and other marketing platforms in the region, develop and revise marketing plans according to the characteristics of each platform. 9 Manage and operate brand official website and social media accounts including RED, WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, Bili Bili etc. to ensure timely and qualified contents. 10 Organize new product training to sales team and other functional teams. 11 Conduct consumer/market/industry/category research regularly to deliver updated insights. Main contacts / operating network Internal: Local and global brand and product management teams, to align on marketing activities and needs and act upon it (global and local); support on NPD in China Internal: Sales and other functional teams, so as to cooperate to improve the product launch and marketing approach External: Media and communication agencies, to manage and monitor on marketing campaigns External: Key accounts, to plan and lead co-marketing projects Knowledge, skills, and years of experience: Minimum years of working experience: 8+ Experience in managing a team of 3-5 people Educational background in (digital) Marketing, Economics, Communications or related area Rich experience in marketing (including digital marketing, retail marketing, etc.) Strong product and project management capability Strong market insight and competitive analysis ability to translate insights into market strategies and action plans Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different levels and teams, and to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Results oriented, able to set and achieve market goals and adjust and optimize based on data and performance Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal Job specific competencies: Smart and agile Influential and presentable Collaborative Problem solving
