The position is part of the ITSS application team responsible for Hi-P SAP system’s development. The person needs to work with internal SAP business analyst to evaluate user’s requirements. The person needs to perform designing, programming, testing and implementation of the development. And the person also needs to provide documentation and end user support.

1. 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
5年以上SAP ABAP经验；
2. Proficient in ALV, RFC, Dialog, Enhancement, Smart Forms, CDS View, and other core ABAP technologies.
熟练运用ALV、RFC、Dialog、Enhancement、Smart forms、CDS View等技术；
3. Skilled in ABAP performance tuning and system interface integration, with the ability to propose optimization solutions.
掌握ABAP性能调优及系统接口调用技术，并能提供系统优化方案
4． Skilled in FineSoft tools (FineReport/FineBI) with hands-on SQL experience for ETL Process and modeling.
熟练掌握帆软系列工具（FineReport/FineBI）的开发应用，熟悉SQL数据库操作，能独立完成数据抽取和建模。
5. Familiar with the Fiori architecture; experience in SAP UI5 frontend or Gateway OData development is a plus.
熟悉Fiori的整体架构，有SAP Ui5前端、Gateway OData的开发经验优先；
6. Knowledge of SAP PI’s technical architecture and experience configuring common adapters (e.g., AS2, SFTP) is preferred.
熟悉SAP PI 的整体技术架构以及有过常用适配器(AS2、SFTP等)的配置等经验者优先。
7. Understanding of FICO, SD, MM, PP module workflows; prior hands-on experience in these modules is advantageous.

8. Ability to identify user pain points through effective questioning and active listening, balancing technical feasibility, development costs, and business value.
能通过有效提问和倾听梳理用户痛点，在技术可行性、开发成本与业务价值之间提出平衡建议。
9. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in reading and replying to English documentation/emails. Strong spoken English is a plus.
大学本科及以上学历，能用熟练阅读英文资料及邮件并回复，口语熟练者更优。
10. Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of leading complex technical challenges and driving cutting-edge solutions to implementation.
