工作内容: 85 Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 85 Manage response purchased parts qualified on time delivery to meet suitable production schedule together with SQM and production. 85 Project management 87 Supervise long lead time parts & critical parts drawing release status together with planning, feedback risks to production if have. 87 Follow purchasing requirements trends and manage team to make PO releasing in required period, and support team performance for any challenges in the process. 87 ECN follow up and manage together with team in project implementation phase 87 Held weekly meetings with team to supervise and manage supplier delivery risks and do manage supplier manufacturing process under control to guarantee project risk control, same time to make feedback to production if delay will happen. 87 Attend production meeting to work as a window between production and team 85 Supplier management 87 Key supplier performance be followed monthly &Yearly and define actions to stable supplier performance in targets 87 Key supplier dynamitic capacity management and based on that to make supplier planning and capacity reservation before PO start release. 87 Necessary new needed resource proposal, work together with category for supplier network optimization. 85 Management response new products successful transfer in projects. 85 Management response products supply matrix, price, quality and lead time together with category manager & SQM team 85 Project budget management. 87 Project budget initialized based on referred project 87 Project cost estimation management and deviation report if have 85 Development 87 Key process is optimized to improve team efficiency together with manager 87 Team member development with familiar products and manufacturing process 87 Team spirit building, open, willing and have capability to make change happen 85 Yearly SMART target planning in team with manager and follow up regularly 87 History team performance 87 History purchasing record analysis to propose development key points 85 Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs. 85 Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following. 85 Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.) 85 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers
