工作职责:
1、负责全球市场主驱逆变器及其主要零部件的成本分析
Responsible for cost estimation for traction inverter and its major components on global market.
2、协同销售团队为赢得竞价提供有竞争力的逆变器及其他动力子系统报价
Work together with sales team to provide competitive quote to win customer business for traction inverter as well as other powertrain components/systems.
3、和工程设计团队一起负责主驱逆变器及其主要零部件的采购成本控制和降本策略执行
Responsible for inverter components procurement cost control and VAVE strategy execution, working together with design team.
4、市场标杆企业和竞争对手的战略分析, 预测未来近期远期市场成本走向
Traction inverter market cost benchmark and competitor cost strategy analysis. Predict market cost trend in near future and long term future.
5、收集, 建立和维护USI AIPE 主驱逆变器及动力系统其他子系统零部件市场成本信息数据库
Collecting market cost data for traction inverter as well as other powertrain subsystems and components and create and maintain corresponding USI AIPE market cost database.
6、协同工程团队分析主驱逆变器及动力系统其他子系统/子部件与市场价格差价, 制定消除差价的技术路径
Work with inverter engineering team to analyze the cost gap of traction inverter as well as other powertrain subcomponents/systems to market benchmark and determine the strategy and plan to eliminate the gap.
任职资格:
1、工程硕士生或以上Engineering bachelor’s degree or above
2、量产主驱控制器项目中零部件成本分析/采购至少有3年工作经验
Have at least 3 years working experiences in EV traction inverter souring in mass production inverter product project(s).
3、非常熟悉主驱控制器装配制造过程
Very familiar with traction inverter assembly/manufacturing process.
熟悉主驱控制器零部件制造工程, 包括但不限于壳体压铸, 机械加工, 注塑成型, 装配等
Very familiar with inverter components manufacturing process, including but not limited to case die casting, machining, injection molding, assembly, etc.
熟悉主驱控制器及其零部件所需原材料市场价格
Familiar with up-to-date market price for raw materials necessary for inverter components.
4、较好英语书面和口头能力Excellent written & oral.
