We are looking for a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing in Tek China, Tek SEA and Tek Malaysia.

Cost Accountant is responsible for accounting support to Tek China, Tek SEA and Tek Malaysia cost management and monthly closing. This covers while not limited to accounting routine operation, annual cost update. To be successful in this role, you should have the good professional accounting knowledge.


Responsibilities:

61 Perform the routing activities with cost process by applying US GAAP and Corp Accounting policy
61 Conduct monthly closing processes efficiently with high quality
61 Perform annual cost update
61 Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
61 Accurately track actual monthly spending from each department, ensure cost controlling
61 Monitor the inventory and WIP transactions in system timely and correctly
61 Develop and maintain costing system, responsible for cost and gross margin analysis
61 Well support Internal audit and External audit
61 Continuous improvement to standardize and improve the efficiency of costing in operating entity
61 Identify & implement Risk avoidance or mitigation methods, and process improvement ways
61 Follow the effective accounting process and implement the changes consistent with best practice
61 Perform other related duties as assigned by management


Qualifications:

61 Bachelor or above, major in Accounting, Finance & Economy
61 7 years accounting experience, among which 3 years’ experience in costing
61 English (CET-6 or above)
61 Strong knowledge with accounting software (e.g. Oracle, SAP) & MS office software
61 Excellent communication skill
61 Strong sense of responsibility
61 Team player and have ability to work independently
61 Work experience in a manufacturing
61 Professional certification is preferred
