Job Objective:
Lead sourcing process of equipment, raw materials and finished goods and develop and qualify new supplier from Asia Pacific for SG LA entities worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:
- Regular Sourcing project follow-up, and new projects support independently for SG LA business.
- Work closely with SG LA global purchasing team to explore and validate new sourcing opportunities from Asia Pacific (mainly China), incl. supplier development & qualification
- Quick response to sourcing requests from internal customers.
- Submit regular statistics/regular reports (monthly report, visiting report, travel program, CSR status report etc.)/market intelligence (RM market survey, economic information, logistics)/catalogues/supplier performance review to stakeholders.
- Support to conduct bidding and negotiations to meet business’s requirements and to Coordinate contractual process with suppliers if needs.
- Realized agreed sourcing amount and savings targets.
- Additional works / tasks defined and instructed by line manager.
- Need to coordinate and allocate all project requirements from SG LA entities worldwide, and arrange regular meetings with global IPO colleagues to review projects.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering or Technology related.
- Language: Excellent English in oral and written English
- Computer skill: MS office (mandatory)
- Work experience: At least 2 years of sourcing/purchasing experience in multinational company.
