岗位职责：
1.Focus on HER2 ADC ENHERTU HER2 LOW Breast Cancer.
2.Develop HER2 low brand strategy and execution plan to achieve sales target and join HER2 ultra low brand strategy development to achieve launch excellence.
3.Understand consumer insights, synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, engage key thought leaders and establish strong relationship as well as marketing campaign execution.
4.Collaborate with AZ alliance team and internal cross-function team, particularly collaborate medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment, sales team to truly implement brand strategy, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for market access success.
5.Create and deliver scientific product and therapeutics presentations to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and other relevant audiences.
6.Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts

任职要求：
61Bachelor's degree or above, medical or related majors preferred.
61~5 years or above working experience in pharmaceutical industry among sales and marketing, consulting experience is a plus.
61More than 2-year experience of pharmaceutical product management experience, breast cancer experience is preferred.
61Strong marketing activities execution ability and experienced collaboration with 3rd party associations.
61Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed.
