1.Setup the contact with purchasing or product manager from global OEMs' aftermarket department, including passenger car and commercial vehicle. 2.High-level communication with customers and senior stakeholders. 3.Understanding of OEM's AM brand, strategy and planning. 4.Understanding of OEM AM new business acquisition process, identifying all stakeholders from step 1 till business acquired. 5.Establish global OEM AM business roadmap. 6.Work with internal product team to propose QAP's solution. 7.Pursue business potentials, win new business from 0 to 1. 8.Build the potential to lead AM BU within 3 years.
Qualification:
1.With bachelor degree, major in engineering or business management, MBA preferred. 2.Fluent in English, both writing and verbal. 3.At least 8 years in automotive industry, with OEM or tier1 supplier in sales position, ideally with aftermarket experience. 4.Experience with business development and key account management is a must. 5.Good communication with internal and external organization. 6.The resource and contact with global OEMs' HQ is highly appreciated.
