Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support 61 Manage the BU Head’s schedule, including calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, and travel planning (domestic and international). 61 Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. 61 Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents in both English and Chinese for internal and external meetings. 61 Take meeting minutes, summarize key points, and track action items. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination 61 Act as a liaison between the BU Head and internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners. 61 Assist in coordinating projects across Sales, Marketing, and other functional teams. 61 Support the preparation of business reviews, sales reports, and strategic planning materials.
3. Event and Travel Management 61 Plan and coordinate events, industry conferences, and key customer meetings. 61 Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the BU Head and relevant teams. 61 Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes.
4. Other Ad Hoc Responsibilities 61 Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 61 Assist in handling special projects as assigned by the BU Head.

Key Requirements 1. Language & Communication Skills 61 Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)—must be able to communicate effectively with international teams, customers, and suppliers. 61 Strong ability to draft and proofread business documents and reports in both languages. 2. Professional Experience 61 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry. 61 Experience in supporting senior executives in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development functions. 3. Business & Organizational Skills 61 Strong business acumen and ability to understand sales and marketing processes. 61 High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook,Teams) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. 61 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
