Key Responsibilities: 1、Provide support in handling team requests and projects, ensuring that the team can meet its objectives effectively. 2、Support regular reporting on Category and Channel alignment while providing robust tracking via the heatmap. 3、Facilitate to generate Account demand rolling plan, and liaise with Channel to coordinate their demand planning activities to ensure smooth channel execution. 4、Support and facilitate mitigation planning by Category and Account for any OTB gaps. 5、Support the review of inventory development of the Account against target & sell-out. 6、Support the regular monitoring of Account inventory development and initiate cross-channel inventory transfer. 7、Maintain accurate demand forecasting models for team to predict future buy, sales and inventory needs. 8、Analyse historical buy, sales and inventory data for team to make further demand planning decisions. 9、Suggest and implement the improvement for existing demand planning processes, reports and tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1、Strong analytical skills with solid operational skills in managing Microsoft APP, ie, Excel, PPT and Power BI, etc. 2、Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. relationship management, facilitation). 3、High communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus Requisite. 4、Attention to Details with keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in the documents related to the demand forecasts and inventory levels. 5、Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and development to enhance demand planning reports and tools. 6、Adaptability: Quickly adapts to new tools, technologies, and market trends to stay ahead in demand forecasting and planning. 7、Analytical Learning: Continuously seeks to improve analytical skills by learning new data analysis techniques and software. 8、Capability to proactively learn about other functions such as sales, and supply chain to integrate insights into demand planning. 9、Proven methodological and operational skills (e.g. data analysis, trend forecasting). 10、Basic degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to facilitate to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing.
