Key Responsibilities DO 86 Outcome-Based consulting skills. Understand customer's pain points and benefits they may have from our advices and solutions. 86 Always close to the market and eco-system. Provide competitive market intelligence to the department. 86 Be familiar with company products and solutions. 86 Lead presales activities (customer workshops/ proposal / bidding /order entry etc.) 86 Implement the global/ country growth programs in the region to create new sales opportunities 86 Good collaboration with account managers, industry sales , software sales, and delivery team. 86 Engagement Skills with different stakeholders from both internal and external. 86 Review the forecast and front-log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet sales targets 86 Empower sales team with right MOM knowledges, sales tools and sales competencies. 86 Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications. 86 Smart Manufacturing and digital transformations knowledges and skills to extend traditional MOM solutions with digital technologies, such as digital twin, IIOT, and AI.
