Job Purpose Grow and sustain our MOM business in China, especially in the Life Science Industry.
Key Responsibilities DO - Outcome-Based consulting skills. Understand customer's pain points and benefits they may have from our advices and solutions. - Always close to the market and eco-system. Provide competitive market intelligence to the department. - Be familiar with company products and solutions. - Lead presales activities (customer workshops/ proposal / bidding /order entry etc.) - Implement the global/ country growth programs in the region to create new sales opportunities - Good collaboration with account managers, industry sales , software sales, and delivery team. - Engagement Skills with different stakeholders from both internal and external. - Review the forecast and front-log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet sales targets - Empower sales team with right MOM knowledges, sales tools and sales competencies. - Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications. - Smart Manufacturing and digital transformations knowledges and skills to extend traditional MOM solutions with digital technologies, such as digital twin, IIOT, and AI.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested. - MES technical background and project experiences are must. - At least 5 year’s technical/consulting experience.
