We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Local Deployment PMO to support the successful execution of our XFE Global Project. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to defined Project Management standards at the local level, providing operational support, and driving effective change management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global transformation initiative, driving structured project execution and effective change adoption at the local level. Key Responsibilities: · Implement and enforce P58 Project Management processes, methods, and tools for a specific deployment wave. . Provide operational and administrative support to the Local Deployment Team Lead and IT Lead. . Coach the Local Deployment Team on Project Management processes and their practical application. · Identify challenges and recommend improvements related to Project Management methodologies and tools. . Plan, facilitate, and document Lessons Learned workshops. . Prepare, moderate, and document key project meetings and workshops. . Lead local Change Management and communication efforts. . Train and support Change Ambassadors to drive local adoption. · Manage project-specific SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and functional email accounts.
