As a Technical Application Manager, you will provide professional technical support for Collision, Commercial Transportation and Light Industrial Coating segments of technical marketing approaches and sales supports. You will base in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities
1) Work with S&T team to evaluate products (new development, imported, localized, allied.) by designing the experiment plan and simulating customer’s application condition
2) Work closely with S&T to design benchmark testing plan, run application test, conduct 3rd party test and OEM approval
3) Supports field/customers with new business launch activities
4) Provide trainings to commercial team and RTC train teachers
5) Lead efforts to test new types of application technology, remain current on new application technologies
6) Oversee and develop application team’s capability
7) Ensure good practices of 5S and EHS

Qualifications
1) Level of education: Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related fields
2) Level of experience: Minimum 5 years painting (both Solvent borne and waterborne) application processes & equipment background, Market/Sales experience welcomed.
3) Level of language: Good at communication, fluent in oral, aural and written English
4) Level of Computer Skill: Good presentation skill, personal computer skill (MS office, Email)
5) Can accept frequent business trips
