Job Overview: The Supply Planning Optimization Manager will lead initiatives to enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency through process improvements, advanced tools, and methodology innovation. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement (CI) in supply chain planning, inventory management, while leveraging data analytics, automation, and best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve service levels, and ensure scalability.
Responsibilities: 80Lead the transformation project of supply chain planning team leverage to Subject matter expert of the team , foster collaboration from cross functional team to ensure the project is well aligned with stake holders and deliver the project goals successfully.
80Continuous Improvement (CI): - Standardize Supply Chain planning process, Document the process 80- Develop and standardize CI methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) across the supply chain. - Conduct root-cause analyses and post-mortems to refine processes. - Foster a culture of CI by training teams on best practices and tools.
80Tool & Technology Advancement: - Evaluate and deploy supply chain digital tools and analytic method - Partner with IT/data teams to automate reporting and enhance decision-making. - Benchmark industry trends (e.g., digital twins, blockchain for traceability) for pilot testing.
80Performance Tracking: - Monitor KPI, create analytic method to Identify gap and opportunities, drive performance improvements.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s/MBA or certifications (CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred. - Experience:5+ years in supply chain optimization, CI, or operations project management. - Skills: Proficiency in CI methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) and project management (Agile/Waterfall). Analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). -Strong communication and change management abilities. - Mindset: Problem-solver, data-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
