- Good acquaintance about cosmetic production process (components manufacturing, bulk filling, assembly…).
- Good knowledge of GMP, quality management, quality tools
- Good experience in test/inspection method, supplier management and audit
- Strong leadership, ability to drive changes.
- Proven people management abilities
- Creativity, innovation, ability to think out of the box.
- Good data analysis and reporting skill.
- Good problem solving and decision making.

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
- Ensure the quality level of components and finished goods to meet quality standard and expectation.
- Coach/audit/evaluate suppliers to meet our requirement.
- Deliver reliable inspection result.
- Clarify the control standard and test method to the Quality inspection team.
- Ensure the appropriateness of investigation and action plan for quality issue, etc.
- Setup efficient and multi-functional inspection team
- Follow up curative action to minimize the blocked stocks.
- Lead and develop the team, design a good team structure to meet the organization development.
- Other projects and tasks assigned by the manager
